Pricing is built around one idea: you should know the cost before you commit to it, not after.
How it works
- The diagnostic visit is a flat fee (below) — the same whether the fix turns out to be simple or involved
- If you go ahead with the repair, that fee is credited toward the total, so you’re not paying for the visit twice
- After diagnosis, you get a clear repair estimate before any work starts
- If parts need to be special-ordered for your machine, a deposit is collected before we order them — see the numbers below
Why the parts deposit
Special-order parts are bought specifically for your appliance, often from the manufacturer. The deposit covers that cost before it’s committed, which is standard for special-order parts across the repair industry — it isn’t a sign anything’s gone wrong with your quote.
What’s not included
Every price you’re given is for the specific repair discussed. If something else turns up during the work, you’ll hear about it — and get a price for it — before it’s done, not after.
